We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a return:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@eomdistributors.com or text 929-370-3437.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return amount. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund if a return label is provided upon request.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
